Dr. Rotem Giladi

Assoziierter Forscher

Rotem Giladi ist Senior Lecturer an der Law School der University of Roehampton, London und assoziierter Wissenschaftler des Dubnow-Instituts. Von Juni 2017 bis September 2019 war er Stipendiat am Dubnow-Institut.

2019/2020 war er Teaching Fellow in International Law an der Universität Edinburgh. Er hat Rechtswissenschaften an der University of Essex (LL.B.) studiert sowie den LL.M. in Rechtswissenschaften an der Hebräischen Universität Jerusalem und in Internationalem Recht an der University of Michigan Law School erworben. Von 2008 bis 2011 war er Doktorand an der University of Michigan Law School; Thema der Dissertation (S.J.D.): »Occupation, Humanity, Order. A Critique of International Humanitarian Law«. Neben Lehraufträgen für Internationales Recht am Erik Castrén Institute of International Law and Human Rights an der Universität Helsinki und der Hebräischen Universität Jerusalem, an der er auch derzeit noch als Dozent unterrichtet, war er als rechtspolitischer Berater für das Internationale Komittee des Roten Kreuzes tätig.
