Volume 15 (2016)
Jahrbuch des Simon-Dubnow-Instituts/Simon Dubnow Institute Yearbook
The »Simon Dubnow Institute Yearbook«2016 is dedicated to aspects of Jewish and/or Israeli diplomatic history. The first focal point concerns debates about the configuration of the modern state system from the nineteenth century onwards, concentrating on the approaches of Jewish protagonists to the solution of central problems. The second focal point takes the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between West Germany and Israel as an impetus to examine German-Israeli scholarly relations since 1959. The volume moreover includes articles on the history of political ideas, state formation, minority questions, and Jewish postwar history.
