Working at the Dubnow Institute as a Research Associate in the »Ignaz-Goldziher-Program« since 2025.

He earned his bachelor's degree and first M.A. in Historical-Religious Studies from the University of Rome and his second M.A. in Ecumenical Studies from the University of Bonn. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Iranian Studies at the University of Göttingen with a dissertation on the earliest Persian manuscript of the Gospel of Matthew. In recent years, he has worked as a research associate at the Department of Iranian Studies and coordinator of the M.A. program »Cultures and Languages ​​of the Mediterranean« at the University of Göttingen, and as a scholarship holder at the Faculty of Theology at the University of Trier.
