Working at the Dubnow Institute as a PhD Candidate since 2019 and as an Affiliated Researcher in the research unit »Law«. From October 2020 to September 2021, funded by the Leo Baeck Fellowship Programme, and from October 2021 to June 2024, grant holder of the German National Academic Foundation.

Studied History and German Philology at the Georg August University of Göttingen as well as Medieval and Modern History at Leipzig University and completed his Master of Arts degree in 2019. Subject of the Master’s thesis: »Der Rechtsgelehrte Walter Jellinek (1885–1955) und sein Wirken nach 1945.« From May 2016 to March 2019, Research Assistant, and from April 2019 to September 2020 as well as from July to December 2024, Research Associate at the Dubnow Institute. Also, from April 2021 to September 2022 editorial coordinator of the weblog »Mimeo. Blog of the doctoral students at the Dubnow Institute.«
