The International Forum of Young Scholars on East European Jewry

The Forum is an ongoing summer program designed to promote the research, and advance the careers, of promising young scholars from Israel, Europe, the former Soviet Union and the United States. This highly selective gathering brings together 15-20 advanced doctoral students and recent PhD candidates in each of its sessions. Its biennial meetings afford young scholars an opportunity for cross-fertilization with their peers and with a group of prominent senior scholars. This year, the Forum takes place from 3 to 7 July 2022 at the Taube Department of Jewish Studies, University of Wrocław.
