On Tuesday, 19 November 2024, 11.15 a.m., Dr. Frankee Lyons will give a broader thematic insight into her current project »Between Belongings. Toward a Global History of the 'Second Repatriation'« which uncovers Polish-Jewish experiences of migration from the Soviet Union via Poland to Europe and Israel during the 1950s and 1960s. Dr. Frankee Lyons from the University of Illinois Chicago is currently a Visiting Research Fellow at the Dubnow Institute.
In so-called lunch talks fellows and guests at the institute offer the opportunity to present their ongoing projects and to discuss their current findings.
