The secretariat can usually be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

You can reach us with the following public transportation:

From the Hauptbahnhof, taketram line 4 (toward Stötteritz), 7 (toward Sommerfeld), 12 (toward Johannisplatz), or 15 (toward Meusdorf). Alight at the Grassi Museum at the Johannisplatz station, cross the Prager Straße, and enter the Talstraße. The institute is located at the next crossing, Talstraße/Goldschmidtstraße.

From the airport Leipzig/Halle, you can travel to the Hauptbahnhof between the hours of 04:26 and 23:19 every half an hour on the direct S-Bahn connection S5, which takes about 13 minutes. There is also an airport shuttle available around the clock.

Information on accessibility: The Dubnow Institute is partly accessible. Due to regulations regarding the protection of architectural heritage, accessibility for wheelchair users cannot be offered. There are eight steps that need to be mounted before reaching the lecture hall in the ground floor and the elevators.

The building has a guidance system, including a tactile floor plan, signage in braille, and line markings and orientation fields for blind persons’ canes. The Institute has two audio induction loops available for participation in events. The library includes a working space for people with limited vision and mobility. The institute does not have its own parking spaces.
